There is an allegation of non-admission of R.P.Case No.1242 of 2017.

Considering there is inordinate delay in admission of such matter, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition permitting the Petitioner to file a Memo for admission of R.P.Case No.1242 of 2017 within a period of one week.
