2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Agarpada P.S. Case No.147 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2129 of 2013 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
