The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 1412 of 2020 arising out of Suliapada P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-306 / 354(B)(D)/ 507/509/34 of the I.P.C and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge Vigilance, Mayurbhanj, Baripada by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 376 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the orders passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 3729 of 2022 (Himanshu Maharana), order dtd. 19.05.2022 and in BLAPL No. 3183 of 2022 (Shashikanta Mohanty), order dtd. 16.07.2022 relating to the co-accused, who are prima facie similarly placed and since the principal accused is one Abinash Roul, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.
