1. Notice has not been served on the Opposite Party No.2 in the Order No.
last 9 years. Even there is no affidavit of Opposite Party No.2 that the dispute has been settled.
2. In that view of the matter, permitting the Petitioner to point out the trial Court about the compromise between the parties, the petition is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
