Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, prayer of his clients is for quashing award dated 23rd March, 2022, erroneously referred to as award dated 31st March, 2022 in the prayer.

On query from Court he submits, the award was made in reference to arbitration. Mr. Pattnayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Petitioners have statutory remedy under section 34 in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in event they want to challenge the award.
