Through the Writ Petition, it is alleged, despite several notices involving Demarcation Case No.204/2021, there is no demarcation exercise.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Bhadrak to undertake the demarcation exercise involving the proceeding involved herein also involving the Parties likely to be affected at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
