This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 1309 of 2022 arising out of Bari-Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections498(A)/323/294/307/506 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 327 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the role ascribed to the Petitioner No.1-Brajakishore Jena, this Court is not inclined to entertain his application at this stage.

The Bail Application of the Petitioner No-1 Brajakishosre Jena, the husband stands rejected. 7.

Taking note of the nature of the allegations, this Court directs the petitioner Nos. 2-Rajkishsore Jena and 3- Nirupama Jena to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 9.
