Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering that the period for submission of online application involving Annexure-2 is over since 30.01.2021, this Court finds, there is no purpose in entertaining the application of the Petitioner at the stage of the matter. This Court further declines to entertain the Writ Petition even involving the representation of the Petitioner at this stage and dismisses the same. This Court also observes, the question raised herein is kept open to be decided in appropriate Writ in appropriate time.
