Mr. Samantaray concedes that with the release of amount of Rs.9,28,870/-, the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3379 of 2020 stands duly complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the projected stand agrees that nothing more survives in the present contempt.

In view of the above, the CONTC is disposed of as infructuous.
