2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Jaleswar P.S. Case No.108 of 2013 corresponding to C.T Case No.300 of 2013 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
