It is stated that the name of M/s P.K. Rath and associates may be deleted from the cause list as well as from the first page of the brief, as he has been engaged as Retainer for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

In view of the above submission, the name of M/s P.K. Rath and associates be deleted from the cause list as well as from the first page of the brief.

Mr. D. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Opposite PartyIndian Oil Corporation Ltd. states that in the meantime the tender call notice has already been cancelled by the Authority. Therefore, by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 5.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
