Considering the innocuous request seeking a direction from this Court to the Collector, Bolangir for considering the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Collector- Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the representation of Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
