1. The statement of the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., confirming that she has married the accused, has been placed on record. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, the criminal proceedings in C.T. Case No.63 of 2011 arising out of Chandbali P.S. Case No.29 of dated 01.03.2011, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali as well as the order dated 2nd May, 2013 taking cognizance are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is allowed in the above terms.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
