This writ petition involves the following prayer:- Order No.

"It is, therefore, prays that this Honorable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opposite Party, the Tahasildar, Jajpur to dispose the petition filed before him on dated 10.1.2021 filed under Rule-32, under sub section-(3) of Section-34 of C.H. &P.F.L. Act, 1972 vide Annexure-2 in relation to the case land of the mouza-Kapasi, Tahasil/P.S./ DistrictJajpur of Consolidation Plot No.1492 under Chaka No.18 of Khata No.95 other wise to grant permission for effective the registration of the suit property of the petitioner coming under the Consolidation Chaka;

And may pass any other order(s)/ direction(s) as this Honorable Court thinks just and proper;"

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Jajpur to conclude the proceeding initiated under Rule-32 and under Sub-section(3) of Section 34 of the O.C.H. & P.F.L. Act, within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
