Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 31st March, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Karanjia in FAO No.17 of 2016 / 13 of 2016, whereby he directed the parties to maintain status quo over the Schedule 'B' land till disposal of the suit. He further directed learned trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of 3rd quarter of 2022 after giving opportunity to both parties.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the CMP seeking a direction to learned trial Court for early disposal of the suit. 4.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Since it is submitted by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the issues in the matter has already been settled, learned trial Court should take appropriate steps for early

// 2 // disposal of the suit giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. Accordingly, parties are directed to cooperate learned trial Court for early disposal of the suit.
