This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners have filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased :- (I) To Admit the Writ Application;

(II) To direct the State Cooperative Societies Auditor General to conclude the Special Audit within a time frame as per request letter of the D.R.C.S. dtd. 7.4.2022 in order to make the Management and Members Roll fair and transparent in respect of Iswarpur service cooperative society under A.R.C.S., Nilagiri;

(III) And to direct the Opposite Parties D.R.C.S., Balasore and A.R.C.S., Nilagiri to have proper functionary of the concerned Society after the Special Audit report is received by the Auditor General State Cooperative Societies;

And pass other order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; And for which act of kindness the Petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that for the self-same prayer, the Petitioners have approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.14269 of 2022 along with some other relief being represented by the self-same learned counsel. Said writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 7th June, 2022. Suppressing the same, the Petitioners have filed this writ petition.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not dispute the same and submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. 5.
