This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the allegations leveled against the Petitioners are totally false, fabricated and based on no material. Due to previous enemity between the parties, the F.I.R. has been lodged.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in G.R.Case No.635 of 2022 arising out of Angul Sadar P.S.Case
// 2 // No.322 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate with an additional condition that the Petitioners shall deposit Rs.2500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred) each before the learned court in seisin over the matter. It is further directed that the Petitioners shall not threaten, terrorise or influence the informant while on bail. In the event, it is found that the Petitioners are indulged in threatening the informant this order shall automatically stand revoked. 6.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
