This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 188 of 2022 arising out of Reamal P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Reamal for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-302 of the I.P.C. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 67 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Since the consideration by the learned Sessions Judge was prior to filing of Charge-sheet, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Court below, who shall consider the application of the petitioner on its own merits. 6.
The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
