This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Sinapali P.S. Case No.160 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.157 of 2019 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Khariar within four weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that:- i.
he will not indulge in similar activity;

he will not terrorize or threaten the prosecution witnesses including the informant and will maintain peace and be good behaviour in the locality.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
