Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2022 in connection with Saintala P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 267 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Titilagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/365/506/507/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the fact that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Chhinu Ketki has already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail application. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
