This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. Goutam Mishra, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. Dinesh Kumar Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and P. P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Party No.1 to cause an enquiry into the allegations made by the Petitioner against Opposite Parties No. 2 & 3 keeping in mind his Representations under Annexure-5 & 6-Series and further to stop all the mining operations of Opposite Parties No. 2 & 3 keeping in mind the grave illegalities committed by the Opposite Party No.3.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made Representation before Opposite Party No.1-Principal Secretary to Government of Odisha, Department of Steel and Mines, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6 & 7 Series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the contentions raised by learned Counsel for the Petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the Representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexures- 6 & 7 Series and pass appropriate Order as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this Order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
