Considering the innocuous request involved herein, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Rasagobindapur, O.P.4 for giving a look to the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 and passing a lawful order by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order also providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.
