This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special Case No.221 of 2020 pending in the file of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Balasore, arising out of STF CID CB Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.22 of 2020, offence under Sections 21(c) of the NDPS Act and is in judicial custody since 17.08.2020. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Balasore by order dated 20.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Since the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to move this Court afresh along with schedule of the examination, if so, advised. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
