The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to reject the candidature of Opposite Party No.6, namely, Naresh Dansana, for the post of Director of Jharbandh Service Cooperative Society, Jharbandh in the ensuing co-operative election.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in terms of the provisions of the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
