Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there was direction for issuance of notice on opposite party by special messenger on 29th June, 2022. Record shows service made on opposite party by special messenger on 6th July, 2022. Opposite party goes unrepresented.

Mr. Rout had moved the petition on 29th June, 2022. He had submitted, his client along with her late father-in-law had made term deposit in the branch of Bank of Baroda. His client also has a savings bank account therein. There was operational instructions given by both of them in respect of dealing with the term deposit and it's proceeds as may be by "either or survivor". On death of his client's father-in-law, his client wants credit of maturity value on the term deposit. This has not been done by the bank. Hence, his client is before Court.

Court presumes opposite party is not in position to contradict petitioner's claim for credit of the maturity amount along with accrued interest in her savings account. 4.

There will be order in terms of prayer made in the writ petition to be complied with within two weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
