In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that on completion of investigation Final Form has been submitted as 'Mistake of Fact' and the instruction of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the parties having amicably resolved their dispute giving rise to the case, have arrived at a settlement; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew the same in case cause of action so arises in future. 3.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 26.08.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
