I.A. No.1714 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed by the Informant seeking modification of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in I.A. No.1561 of 2022.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Informant that, while modifying the earlier order dated 25.07.2022, this Court directed to expedite and conclude the trial within two months. However, it is found that charge-sheet has not yet been filed in the case. Therefore he submits that order should be passed for expedite hearing on the bail application instead of conclusion of trial. 5.

Considering the aforesaid submission, paragraphs 3 & 4 of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in I.A. No.1561 of 2022 stands

// 2 // modified to the effect that the learned court below is directed to expedite in hearing of the bail application of the Petitioner and the same be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
