This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.1 has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, which he could not intimate this Court at the time of passing of the order dated 21.07.2022, as he had no instruction regarding such fact at that time. 4.
In such view of the matter, the last line of para-4 of order no.01 dated 21.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7676 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that "...the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper but subject to depositing cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Four weeks' further time is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, but subject to depositing
// 2 // cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court within 15 days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
