Heard Mr. B.S. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

During course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority under the Odisha Government Land Settlement Act, 1962 read with Odisha Government Land Settlement Rules, 1963 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
