This I.A has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.07.2022.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the I.A, the prayer for modification is allowed.

The word "3rd RACP on completion 30 years of continuous service" as indicated in Para-3 of the order dated 18.07.2022 be read as "2nd RACP on completion 20 years of continuous service".

Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.
