Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the quantity of contraband seized, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail at this stage, the same is stands dismissed.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody in July, 2021 and it is submitted that there is no progress in trial because of non-receipt of Chemical Examination Report, learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to issue necessary direction for submission of CE Report at the earliest.
