This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.7680 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 21.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 3rd line of paragraph3, the Section has been wrongly mentioned as "204" instead of "294". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 3th line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 21.07.2022 it be mentioned as "294" in place of "204", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 21.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned court below on or before 17th of August, 2022.
