Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned Counsel for the Informant. 3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Kumbharpada P.S. Case No.157 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1708 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Puri within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall not enter upon the land in Mouza Puri Town, Unit-21, Balagandi, within the jurisdiction of Puri Town P.S. in the District of Puri under Khata No.11, Plot No.134, Ac.0.050 dec. out of Ac.223 dec. corresponding to sabik Khata No.275/29, Plot No.803/3 which on the spot is 50 feet in length and 43 feet.
