This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer :

"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi, calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs shall not be issued to direct the Opposite Party No.4 to release the rest 50% of the salary of the Petitioner for the period from 29.05.2018 to 09.05.2019 with interest.

And pass any other appropriate order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs as deem fit and proper", 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Bargarh, Opposite Party No.3 within a period of two weeks from today, which may be considered within a stipulated

// 2 // time in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection if liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.3 and the same is considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.3 ventilating his grievance within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the opposite party no.3 in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter and the decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
