This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
"In the premises therefore, it is humbly prayed that, the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased direct the Opp. Party No.1 to draw and disburse the 1st ACP financial benefits in favour of the Petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2006 under ORSP Rules, 2008 and 2nd RACPS financial benefits w.e.f. 09.05.2014 in view of F.D Resolution dated 06.02.2013 at an early date; And pass such other further order/s as appear just; And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the,
// 2 // Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Women & Child Development Department, Odisha Secretariat, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1, dated 15.07.2021 under Annexure-3, which according to the Petitioner is pending before the Authority for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Women & Child Development Department, Odisha Secretariat, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.07.2021 (Annexure-3) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
