This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by Mr. S.K. Gadanayak, learned counsel for the petitioner that his client is not in a position to pay Rs.2 lakhs but he is ready and willing to pay Rs. 1 lakh in installments. He further submits that his client is also ready and willing to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to the opposite party.

Considering the submissions as above it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in the court below and furnish proof thereof before this Court by 9th December, 2022. 5.
Upon such deposit the question of reference to the Mediation/Permanent Continuous Lok Adalat shall be considered. Further the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- to the opposite party no.2 in every month. The remaining Rs.50,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner by 9th January, 2023.
