Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, the Petitioner does not belong to either S.C. or S.T. category to take the benefit of Forest Rights Act, 2006. In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the relief involving representation at Annexure-2. The Petitioner may find any other option available to him. This Court also observes, involving the very same Petitioner, there has been initiation of encroachment proceeding and there is also ascertainment of the Petitioner, as an encroacher involving Encroachment Case No.751 of 2006-07 again involving Encroachment Case No.43 of 2012-13. While considering any further request, this aspect may also be taken into consideration by the Authority concerned.
