On perusal of the petition filed for extension of period of interim bail and upon hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, as a last chance, the period of interim bail is extended till 04.04.2023. The Petitioner is further directed to surrender on 05.04.2023 to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case.

It is made clear that no further time shall be granted for the purpose.
