1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.S. Dasparida, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the Opp. Party that he has got no objection, if the matter in question in C.P. No. 198 of 2021 will be transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Jajpur.

4. In view of such submission made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party, this Court while disposing the matter directs the learned Family Judge, Kendrapara to transfer C.P. No. 198 of 2021 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Jajpur forthwith on receipt of this order.
