This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 24.09.2022. No step was taken by the petitioner for issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 in terms of the order passed by this Court on 23.03.2017 and today the petitioner was given last chance to comply the aforesaid order failing which the CRLMC was directed to be dismissed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it presumes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
