The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 22 of 2020 arising out of Tarava P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Sonepur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sonepur by Order dtd. 09.06.2022 in Special G.R. No. 22 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

This Bail Application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Court below after filing of Final Form.

Learned special shall consider the same on its own merits without being influence by the earlier order of this court. 7.
