This application has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of the date of payment of balance interest. 3.

Mr. Jagabandhu Sahoo, learned Senior Counsel along with Ms. Kajal Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court today states that the Petitioner has already paid the amount during the pendency of this writ petition. Therefore time may be extended till the date of payment. The said memo be kept on record.
