This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner by filing the photocopy of order passed on 07.09.2021 by this Court in CRLMC No.3068 of 2019 submits that the main case has already been quashed and the impugned order arising out of such case has become infructuous and, therefore, liberty be granted to the petitioner to move the concerned Court afresh for release of the currency notes by withdrawing the present CRLMC. 3.

In view of such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court afresh for release of the currency notes and in such event, the concerned Court shall pass order in accordance with law.
