21.09.2022 This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video 05.

Conferencing/Physical Mode).

This is an appeal under section 14-A(2) of S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, 1989 in connection with C.T. Case No.19 of 2022 arising out of Th.Rampur P.S. Case No.67 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Kalahandi at Bhawanipatna for offences punishable under sections 376(2)(n) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 3(2)(v) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act.

The appellant moved an application for bail before the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Kalahandi at Bhawanipatna, which was rejected on 19.05.2022. In view of the statement of the victim, I am not inclined to release the appellant on bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
