The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the inaction of the Opposite Parties, more particularly, the SubCollector, Rairakhol-Opposite Party No.2 and the Election Officer, Luhapank PACS Ltd., Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.3 in disposing of his representation as at Annexures-1 and 2 series.

Since the election in respect of Luhapank PACS Ltd. has already been held, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
