This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.208 of 2021, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Bhanjanagar, arising out of Bhanjanagar P.S. Case No.77 of 2021, for commission of offence under Sections 376/506 and 34 of IPC and is in custody since 28.02.2021. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, by order dated 11.06.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.
Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. Statement of the victim. 6.
Considering that the case in question has already been committed in the meanwhile and the petitioner is in custody since
28.02.2021, this Court direct that the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin of the matter. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
