1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. As per the surrender certificate filed in Court, the Petitioners are surrender to custody after expiry of interim bail period.

4. The Petitioners are in custody since 28th February, 2021 in connection with Umerkote P.S.

Case No.82/2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No.5/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. District and sessions Judge, Umerkote for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20 (b)(ii) (c)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

5. This is the second journey of the Petitioners to this Court. I find no change in circumstance warranting a different view than what was taken earlier. As such, while not being inclined to entertain the Bail Application, I deem it proper to dispose of the same by directing the court below to complete the trial, if there is no other legal impediment.
