The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.2415 of 2020 arising out of Ainthapali P.S. Case No. 328 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 5 of 2021 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Sambalpur, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/307/324/326/34 of I.P.C. 4.
Considering the order of rejection and the recitals in the Case Diary, that the petitioner has criminal proclivity, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
