ORDER

1. This appeal is taken up in the 4th National Level Lok Adalat Order No through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellants-Claimants and Respondent-Company.

2. Heard Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for RespondentCompany.

3. This appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of the compensation amount passed in MAC Case No. 50 of 2019 by the learned 2nd MACT, (Southen Division), Berhampur, Ganjam on 18.01.2020.

4. Even though the appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of the awarded amount, but learned counsel appearing for the Parties agreed that the Respondent-Company shall pay further compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.

Two lakhs) consolidated in favour of the Appellant-Claimant. Accordingly, while disposing the appeal this Court directs the Respondent-

// 2 // Company to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two lakhs) consolidated before the learned Tribunal within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. It is further directed that on such deposit of the amount within the aforesaid time period learned Tribunal shall disburse the entire amount without making any fixed deposit in favour of the Claimants-Appellants proportionately in terms of the order passed on 18.01.2020.

7. The compromise petition filed by both the parties be kept on record.

8. The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
