Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel (Vig.) for the State. 3.
The Petitioner is an accused in connection with VGR Case No.23 of 2022 arising out of Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022 on the file of learned Special Judge (Vig.). Cuttack, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 13(2)/13(1)(b) of the P.C. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (Vig.), Cuttack by order dated 24.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since2.03.2022.

Considering that the accusations are based on documentary evidence, taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter with the stipulation that petitioner shall appear before
the Investigating Agency once in every week on the date fixed till submission of the Final Form and shall extend all cooperation to the investigation.

It shall be open to the Investigating Agency to seek modification of this order, if the petitioner does not cooperate. 9.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
